Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (includes a 1-hour lunch break)


Role Summary:

This is a dynamic, dual-function role designed for a highly adaptable individual who thrives in both hands-on physical environments and customer-facing sales. Splitting time evenly between our Logistics and Standard Clinical Solutions departments, this role handles the heavy lifting of backend warehouse operations, including container unloading and inventory management, while also driving retail sales, managing B2B orders and supporting wholesale distribution.


Logistics & Warehouse Responsibilities (~50%)


Freight & Receiving: Safely and efficiently participate in unloading shipping containers, verify incoming freight, and organize products within the warehouse.


Inventory Management: Track incoming and outgoing inventory and accurately update warehouse management systems.


Fulfillment, Assembly & Delivery: Pick, pack, and prepare shipments. Perform standard assembly and basic installation of medical equipment prior to dispatch. Safely execute local deliveries on scheduled days.


Facility Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse environment remains safe, organized, and compliant with all operational standards.


Standard Clinical Solutions Responsibilities (~50%)


Retail & POS: Perform front-of-house cashiering duties, assisting walk-in customers with retail Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and other standard items.


B2B Order Processing: Intake and precisely enter telephone and email orders for professional standalone consumables.


Marketing & Wholesale Support: Perform the distribution of company magazines and posters, and actively execute referral generation initiatives.


Customer Service: Provide clear, knowledgeable, and friendly guidance to both end-consumers and professional clients navigating our standard clinical products.


Requirements & Qualifications


Credentials: Light truck driving license required. High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.


Physical Capability: Must possess the physical strength and stamina to consistently lift, push, and pull heavy items (up to 75 lbs) and perform rigorous tasks such as unloading shipping containers. Requires prolonged periods of standing and moving.


Operational Skills: Experience with inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and basic warehouse management principles. Mechanical aptitude for standard equipment assembly is highly preferred.


Customer-Facing Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills with experience in point-of-sale (POS) systems, cashiering, data entry, or retail customer service.


Adaptability: Proven ability to rapidly switch contexts between back-of-house physical tasks and front-of-house professional client interaction.
